What BajetKita Is

BajetKita is a household budgeting and financial-readiness tool. It helps you track income, bills, payment status, monthly budgets, and an indicative Debt Service Ratio (DSR) estimate.

What BajetKita Is Not

• BajetKita does not connect to your bank account or any financial institution.
• BajetKita does not process payments or move money on your behalf.
• BajetKita does not provide regulated financial advice or loan approval decisions.
• The DSR analysis is an indicative estimate only, not a bank affordability guarantee.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You should not use BajetKita to store information belonging to anyone other than your own household without their knowledge.

Account and Access

You may register using email/password or a supported sign-in provider. We may require email verification before granting full access to protect your account from unauthorised use.

Cloud Backup

Cloud backup is optional and manual. We do not automatically overwrite your local data, and we require confirmation before restoring data from the cloud to a device.

Service Availability

BajetKita is provided on an "as is" basis during this MVP phase. Features may change, and we will aim to communicate material changes clearly within the app.

Limitation of Liability

BajetKita is a planning and tracking tool. We are not liable for financial decisions made using figures from the app, including the DSR estimate, which should not be treated as a substitute for advice from your bank or a licensed financial advisor.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use as BajetKita develops. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.

Ownership

BajetKita is a company-led product. The formal legal owner of these terms will be confirmed and published here as the company's legal structure is finalised.
